Unless it links to the qr code to get in they won't know, did mine but nobody asked or verified it with me.

I was lucky enough to get a ticket, but unfortunately due to a family problem cant make it. I rang and told support services I was unable to attend on Tuesday. I have since received a text or email every day including a text 2 hours ago reminding me to fill it in or I may not gain entry. So they must know who has filled theirs in and those who haven't. Just hope they re-allocated my ticket so someone else could go. That was the main reason I I phoned and told them
