Small clubs don't have a legitimate £350 million turnover, nor do they attract 47000 average attendances in 2004 when we were skint.
Villa, Sunderland, Newcastle, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, City and United have always stood out as big clubs going back 100 years.
All have a rich history, all have had wealthy backers that propelled them at some time in there past, just because our owners have done it it in 21st century in a different economic climate its some how sniffed upon.
