We can just pay direct passes at pace against team who sit deep. There has to be a situation that allows pace to be used. The only criticism you could level would be that we could press less and let teams come on to us, but that would be a tactic that would have a very short shelf life.
Our counter attacking and pace will be on display in games where the opposition is ambitious.
I never said we counter attack, obviously you can't do that if other team is not attacking. But play more direct and with more, shit can't find the english word, intense? yes. What's wrong with the way we played last half an hour today? As many pointed earlier, when we play like that teams we play against suffer, it's hard to keep with it. I know it's hard to play with same rhythm for 90 minutes but I'm kinda more for have 2-0 in first 30 minutes, then get tired, than wait for opposition to tire then try to score. At 0-0 shit can happen and then you're catching up whole game and ultimately spending more energy.
