I was reading the thread or replies.
And one reply was the premier league don’t deduct points.
the championship do deduct points though.
I have no idea if that’s true lol

That’s someone talking bollocks mate. Premier league rules say that can be docked points or fined.

Good to see a couple of the letter writing clubs turning on each other. No real issue with the toffees though - they should just say it's investment in their new shared ground with Liverpool like Liverpool did when they broke ffp.

At least Everton, with Bramley Dock, have something more than a shovel and a hole in Stanley Park that LIverpool had to show for their losses.

The pitch invasion and celebrations on the pitch reminded me of us at Maine road. Very similar sort of fanbase to us in my opinion.

glad they stayed up and I’ll always prefer them to the scum across the park

Very true. The core of the fanbase of both clubs is working class locals.

Everton weren’t one of the nine clubs who wrote the letter about us. It was Arsenal, United, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, Leicester, Wolves, Newcastle and Burnley.

Were they not among the snides that were signatories the earlier one re the establishment of the pl/sky deal.

Always assocaited our clubs at a similar size.level and fan base , the difference is we got a huge investment and spent it well Everton got a few quid and totally wasted it , not sure if Lampard is the answer but hoping for a stronger EFC next season even if its only get a couple of results in the Murkyside derby games.

Been a tough season for the Toffees, good to see most have kept their sanity.

Here‘s to next season, chance to spank the red clubs.
