I don't whats going on with either player but tbh Suarez has been given his punishment and I would have shaken Evra's hand and waited to shake it if he made an issue.

After all that was said in Evra's place would you be overly keen to shake his hand. Moreover it was even more clear that Suarez wasn't going to, all that being said talks of banning him for not shaking his hand is outragous. Yep I saw it on the telly. Evra's definitely waiting for Suarez to reach out to shake his hand, so he can turn him down. Suarez realises this and doesn't shake hands. Don't get me wrong I'm not siding with Suarez.
