Ezequiel Lavezzi

He's more like Bellamy than Tevez to me, I'm not sure why he is cited as a like-for-like even by himself.
Because he actually dribbles like tevez a bit. He does that Jumpstop dribble that Tevez does often, and the outside-in cut with his whole body going one way then the other. Tevez does that too. And he also uses his body well in the corner. He is like a tree stump when he shields and turns the ball around. The only thing he has in common with Bellamy is speed.

We shouldnt bif for this guy at all tbh....

Mata is what we need --> a winger with raw pace. Him plus Nasri and Aguero. Lavezzi - no thanks.

For the love of god Mancini, check out how well silva and mata used to link up. They're frighteningly good. This guy would be immense for us!!

This.

If Mancini rates him, he should have some standard to his play. But his goal ratio meant that hes not a prolific striker, we need a prolific striker to replace Tevez.

I like Lavezzi but not exactly the right player we need now.

lavezzi maybe the plan B for sanchez

and sanchez wasnt intended to be tevez sostitute but AJ sostitute

Lavezzi may be half decent in Serie A but the game is more technical over there and played at a slower pace, he just wouldn't be good enough in the Premier league.

We'd be better of signing Drogba as a short term replacement for Tevez and Lukaku as a fourth striker next season. I no there is no resale for Drogba but he should be fairly cheap and it's just his wages that will cost big money.

To be fair I'd say Drogba is only an option if we cannot sign Aguero or Higuain, or I'd even take Eto'o or Villa over Lavezzi.

I don't see how this player is worth 27 million.

I see it.
I've seen him before Copa America vs Bolivia.

His inclusion in Argentina squad is justifiable.

He is not a prolific striker and so David Silva or Juan Mata or Bellamy.
