Abu Dhabi destroyed Mercedes and emboldened Red Bull.
Looking at interviews in both teams you can see it in the body language.
The sport as a whole needs to look at keeping the sport competitive. It's an age old problem. Max's cycle has started. He may well win a few more titles. Another challenger will come along and take over in a few years time. We'll get one close season and that will coronate the new guy dominating until the next one comes along a few years later.
So nobody said the same when Schumacher,Vettel, or Hamilton were pissing it?Why?
Nobody gave a toss when Mercedes were all conquering.
Was slightly concerning Russell chucking the towel in saying Red Bull will win every race this season, I bet Toto Wolff isn’t happy he’s hearing one of his drivers in defeatist talk. In reality the rest of the grid needs to try harder, Adrian Newey looks like he’s designed another rocket ship of a car and they have an aggressive and consistent driver in Verstappen.
One take away for Mercedes is a customer team that shares the same engine, gearbox and rear suspension has a quicker car than them in Aston Martin. Lawrence Stroll looks like he is not messing around with how he is dragging that team forward with the people he is hiring to build a car. If Mercedes don’t get their act together soon they could be trundling round in the midfield like when they came back into the sport in 2010.

Indeed.
I'd love to see what's going on inside Ferrari as well.
I don’t remember anything but praise for Saint Lewis and his team.So nobody said the same when Schumacher,Vettel, or Hamilton were pissing it?
