I work in town too so no issue with a pint on the way, but prefer a saturday pre and post match and if on a sunday a few before and couple after.

friday is just another midweek game though and an in and out job

That's what I've done for the past 10 years.
I pick and choose CL games, but love the domestic cup games, so I am always on the 2 cup schemes.
That way I am always guaranteed a ticket if City do manage to get to the final.
