Have to agree with you on that . Some people will say City aren't a charity, so can charge what they want . However, I'm sure the games I've been to in the early rounds of the Cup competitions recently have been more in the £20-£25 ish bracket. Admittedly most of these games have been against less glamorous opposition, and the vol-au-vents that will no doubt be lobbed at the City fans in the lower tier may be included in the ticket price!

I would be very surprised if Arsenal use all of the allocation. Friday night no train home, unless the club put coaches on at a big discount

Friday night isn't a tues/wed/thurs though with work the next day for many so it means a stay over very possible till next day, If this was away I would be more enthusiastic about it being a friday than I am it beimg at home and ebjoy an overnight in the smoke
