Going really well in the championship we'll have to start with a really strong team to avoid a banana skin! Horrible fans though hope its policed right they don't give a toss who they hit kids, women, old people!

Didn't they once attack the North stand from the outside whilst the game was going on?

No the reverse, they were acting like twats inside the North Stand and thousands of City were waiting outside for them, they had to have a huge police escort out

Glad we got boro, we have unfinished business with them, that match at the a Etihad when fowler missed a penalty that made boro go into the Europe , it was a big thing for us in them days, also the 1-8 drubbing springs to mind too.

Should be a good game , boro are one of the form sides in the championship I think it will be a good cup tie.

Those that think boro will bring troublesome fans might be relieved or disappointed depending on your point of view, they are not as bad as they used to be, remember Leeds that came here , years ago they would have been bedlam but they was hardly any trouble.

Gotta say this is a great tie for boro, man city fans probably see this as a walk over or an easy win, doubt it tbh if you watched us against Liverpool we were more than a match and perhaps should of won it. How many tickets will be allocated to the boro fans that will travel does everyone reckon?. Man city defiantly the favourites but boro always like that and usually pull off shocks when they are the underdogs so im looking forward to it.

A club who I hated in the bad old days if you have never been to a game against them then don't think of Sunderland at Wembley but more of the Rags at Wembley picking on family's and lone fans.

They will bring a few and I remember the game they came into the old North stand dressed in suits as they fooled the police they were on the way to a wedding.

Also went to ayresome park and was stopped by the police from walking round the ground for my own safety as their was hundreds trying to get through a police line to get at the city fans.

Overall a pretty boring draw, no real standout tasty ties.

For us I'm happy to see a home tie that isn't against any of the other contenders

Within 10 mins of the draw and I had 3 texts for tickets lol they will sell their 5500 in one day it's the ones that will travel without tickets are a problem, always been history in this fixture and hopefully the police keep a tight control on them, they are not in the same Lge as Sunderland and Newcastle fans. Living 20mins from Boro should make for an interesting couple of weeks up here.
