FA Cup 5th round draw - Huddersfield Town (Away)

Maybe you just join another SC if you are convinced the benefits are so fantastic.

Btw: the Club are already started flexing the ticket allocation process. The very small allocations to SCs for Monaco (most Clubs got 1 or no tickets) took place after the points allocations.

I can see both sides of this. Maybe it should be just down to points or maybe SCs should be rewarded who bring a coachload to games.
I always take a car load to the games, maybe I should be rewarded with an extra allocation too?

Fuckin ell it isn't flawed in a perfect world....it is however when people are buying tickets for loyalty points and not attending. Also how are the younger generations of fan's ever going to get to see city away when they'll never be able to build up enough points? Something will have to change sooner or later.

Who are all these buying tickets and not attending. Or is it only one or two that you've heard about. It is the fairest system. You come up with another.

How about a points system. Those that have enough points get a ticket, those that don't have enough, too bad(I include myself in this).
Scrap the sc allocation, if the sc has enough with a ticket, they arrange transport. Simples

the games (and points) are there to be had. just not Huddersfield away. how many on here wanting a change in the system are going Bournemouth and/or Sunderland?
Been to Swansea twice this season, Bournemouth soon and Sunderland shortly, missed out on Hull just, but getting frustrated at knowing when am likely to get tickets or not.. pissed off missed Huddersfield by 30 points having been to Norwich, Villa , Chelsea last year and Palace, W Ham this.. just my twopennyworth...

was hoping to get a ticket but sold out, the open sale arrangement on tuesday in the home ends means I should hopefully get a ticket

How on earth is it a flawed system that those who regularly support the team away get priority for cup games ?

Because platinum has skewed the system.

I worked away for a couple of years, but kept my ticket that my brother used (financially he was screwed at the time)
When I returned I took the ticket back over and he got a new seasin card (2007) l.
Since platinum came along he has beeen on it, he now has more points than me because of the doubling up, basically he has bought loyalty points to catch up (I dont bemoan this as while I was away he racked lots of points ony card).

So since platinum the loyalty point system is a sham, the whole thing need overhauling.

Not only supporters clubs but people buying and selling on in the pub. The point is that the way the system currently is allows this to happen far to easily.
You and the other accusers are the problem.
You say that you know people and supporters clubs, who are taking advantage of the system.
Well show some balls and name them.
Report them to the club,do something other than coming on here each time you can't get a ticket ,because you haven't attended enough matches
Things will never change unless we make them change the way they hand tickets out
I say, every ticket should be sold through the loyalty scheme.
No allocations to the supporters clubs
No allocations to away matches for corporates or uncle joes.
Qualifying supporters, should be able to purchase 1 junior ticket as they can now ( limited allocation per match circa 100 )
EVERYONE SHOULD QUALIFY IN THEIR OWN RIGHT
If you don't have the points, you don't go
If you are caught selling them on,you are fined 5000 loyalty points
