Just spoke to some Rags and they are saying loads of them have joined our membership scheme and bought tickets in our seats. Apparently City are selling tickets to them too even tho they say you have to attended a game at Etihad previously. Hope this isn't true as there is gonna be loads of trouble

40 quid is a rip off, managed to get some cheap tickets, but if I hadent I wouldnt have bought them

btw joining a cup scheme doesnt make you more loyal a city fan it just means you can afford it, I could nt afford it been going home and away for seven years now, am I not loyal. I hate people who presume just because their on a scheme or have money that makes them loyal.

this game should have been priced about 25-30 pound that would have made common sense
Talking out of your arse.

It's cheaper on the cup scheme so the "I couldn't afford it" talk is bollocks. You can always opt out of the scheme if you've no money at each round.

I couldn't afford to go home and away for seven years but you, seemingly hard up, could. Now that's odd.

cos i lost my job before the season started and yes I couldnt afford the cup scheme, I cn only afford to go to the odd game here or their is their anything wrong with that,

The club are subsidising those on the cup scheme and we have some fans pissing and moaning because they're not on it. Unbelievable Jeff.

If you want to moan: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=red+cafe

Don't believe it for a second.

When they stipulated this for one of the Champions League games I was still able to set up an account and buy a ticket straight off for one of my mates.

Haha... The derby buildup has officially started. It's the annual "there will be loads of United in our end" thread.

There hasn't been a United fan made himself known at a home derby in over 10 years.

Don't be silly, as if a rag would do that sort of thing.

They rarely show themselves, though there was one in 213 for the CC semi, a steward twigged him, and an old guy about 70 twatted him as he was taken out.

I know its a while ago, but for the 5-1 ('89), I was unaware I was sat behind one in the Main Stand, I only found out on the 5th goal, when I hugged the twat and said isn't this f**king brilliant, and he turned, and told me to get my dirty blue hands off him, its still funny even now. I did wash when I got home.

You could have joined the scheme up until the day after we were drawn against Utd. Were you still out of a job then? And are you one of the ones complaining about the prices?

-- Thu Jan 05, 2012 5:28 pm --

When have I said anything like that you emotional little man?

I'm simply defending City over the prices, especially as they made sure fans could watch the game for £15. At no point have I said blues that decide not to go are any less blue than anyone that does. I'm just sick of the moaning about the prices when the club offered something that no other club has done, £15 tickets that the club are heavily subsidising.
