I still do print at home tickets, but have to have cup matches on the phone. Its Load of bollocks.

I attend every home game and several aways a season and I print at home every game. Wembley and away games I have to phone them up to request the email.
So I can't understand why you would have to use phone for cup games.

So the only ticket I bought direct from the club doesn’t have a link in it to download the ticket to my wallet.

Anybody else have this issue ?

I called the club, got through suspiciously quickly like literally a 10 second wait and the girl said there’s nothing she can do I have to go to the Wembley ticket office tomorrow.
