it's up to the players to lift the crowd first of all, if thay start at walking pace theres fuck all to cheer, where if they go out to attack the crowd are up on their feet

This reminds me of a typical Rag I used to work with. We got slapped 5-0 one game when Kanchelski was clad in scarlet. She presented me with a set of arithmetic work sheets the answer to every sum being five. She was delirious with the usual Rag gloatery, whereas I was more than satisfied that God had kept it to five for us.

Haaland never gets these decisions. He gets fouled like that most games.

I think it's because he's shown physical strength and size before that they think he's looking for it if he goes down instead of using his physicality to stay up

Or they're cheating bastards.

Probably a bit of both :)
 
Basically we lost to an Ole’s at the wheel style smash and grab, that he perfected over his few seasons at the Trafford cascades. We are still champions, again, they are about to sack their manager, again. We’ve been told for years that domestic cups mean fuck all, hence this means fuck all.
 
It was just a similar game to basically all of the matches we've played this season against top 4 sides (I know they aren't and Spurs away was the anomaly) where they seem to take their chances and we don't. It's been annoying and I still think Haaland in the side makes the way we play a bit awkward somehow but Pep will hopefully get it right over Summer.

Putting Stones and Ake in after barely any minutes between the two for the last Month seemed odd and it showed. Ortega playing put from the back is about 5/10 compared to Eddie and put us under pressure.

Jesus wept!! Some of the posts on here, we were poor and they were just better on the day.
They had a game play which was basically, defend in numbers and when possible negate our midfield by hoofing it over them in an attempt to get in behind us.
We’ve had a great season and won 4 in a row, we will be back next season stronger faster and better. Doku has arrived IMO he made a big difference but too many had bad days. A game played by humans.
