Congratulations to Wigan.

We've been threatening to bring our A game all season, but too many players have not shown anything like their true capabilities. Time to stop waxing lyrical about how we won the league last season and show some hunger for next.

Taking Tevez off and putting Rodwell on was a terrible move.

At the end of the day though, our players thought we would win it - Wigan actually wanted to.

Mancini was undermined all week, disgraceful treatment of a title winner and city legend.

always a lot of WUMs on here, and hysterical Victorian swooning ladies...

we never really got going in this game, and didn't catch any breaks - but you have to look at the players as much as anyone.

it's been a season when we didn't score anything like as many goals as we needed, but still we'll finish second & runners-up in the F A Cup (it can happen & no way were Wigan 10-1 on underdogs just from our last game against them); I hope Mancini is here through the summer to strengthen and rejuvenate the squad, and onwards next season.

First time in a long time, i feel pretty fucking angry, kudos to wigan, fully deserved.

We were aweful from start to finish, this one's on bobby, and I think his head will roll for it.

Lack of heart, desire and passion. Half of our boys never got out of a jog trot. We made their little winger look like Messi.

Bizarre taking off our two best players, Nasri and Carlos. I couldn't see the logic in that at all.

Kun never sighted, Merlin had a shocker, Yaya was atrocious, Clichy got smashed by their winger, Barry caused Zabba to be sent off.

The team play was snail like and we had no idea in the final third.

Just a disaster all round.
