I think it's a disgrace that youngsters can get a ticket just because of a seasoncard just because their parents go a lot.

They should be bottom of the queue, they haven't earnt any right to go to this game.

Feel sorry for loyal fans who miss out cos a kid gets to go.

I agree to an extent but :

My son has 3800 loyalty points and I have 4800. He's not got the same as me because I was a responsible parent and didn't take to some evening home and away matches.

He's 12 and was carried in and sat on my lap away on a midwinters Saturday at Middlesboro at the age of 4. I'd love you to tell him he can't go with his Dad to an FA Cup Final!
I dare you!!

However I did say I agreed to an extent. There perhaps should be a points criteria for children say above 2000? I honestly don't think a child below 4 will ever remember the match however I appreciate some Dads wouldn't be able to attend without their son/daughter.
My lads are 12 and 10 and have got about 3300 points and to be honest it's not been that difficult to get them. Seems our kids have a lot more loyalty points than a lot of the adult Blues moaning on this forum. Perhaps some of them need to get from behind their PC's and down to the match a bit more.

Re: FA Cup Final Ticket Criteria

Don't know why people are having a go at the cup scheme members.

They took their chance and got lucky. Nobody knew at the time that City were going to reward those signing up with possible semi-final and cup final tickets.

If the club had announced it at the start, then I'm guessing hundreds, if not thousands of other City fans would have signed up.

Whether you agree with the cup scheme or not, it is here to stay. You're either in or out next season. It's as simple as that.

If I don't get one, fuck it, not arsed.

I do know that I'll be at Blackburn, Everton and Bolton though...some of the CDS members won't be.

I will be arsed. Not the end of the world though, there'll be more finals :-) See you on Monday at Blackburn. I'll be the fat pissed up bloke singing :-)

Yes. She'll get one somehow.
she should get a ticket with her points, its just whether we wait for her so we can get them altogether or let her sit on her own

If ur a group of 4 as long as 2 are over 4000 pts and 2 over 5000 u will be fine

But a lot of the CSD members will be. You seem to think CSD members are JCLs, I would hazard a guess most are ST holders of long standing.

Miss out on which day or all of them?

3210.

As it stands, the criteria is not applicable for my season tickets.

Case in point, I will call in favours, and it will be to the detriment of somebody else on list.

30 years of support and good people are forced to indulge in a game of dog
Knew I should have gone to the semi, instead of giving them to my bro.

Tolmie if u haven't already got them buy 1 Blackburn and 1 Everton and ur sorted

Re: FA Cup Final Ticket Criteria

I'd imagine most of the cup scheme members will have more than the 3500 points anyway, so will be buying earlier on points. I'm in the scheme and am in the 3500 point bracket so it makes no difference to me.

Bit of a shitter that I'm back in work on the 3rd, hope my gaffer isn't expecting me to do much. Does anyone think I'd be OK going to the ground after finishing work at 4 or is it a day hanging on the phone.

2 guys i go with are on the CDS.

Both have 5000+ points.

Re: FA Cup Final Ticket Criteria

most of the cup scheme members are loons and go to most if not all the games. they like us will have a fair few points anyway.

Re: FA Cup Final Ticket Criteria

I have 2 adult seasoncards (not in CDS though) one with 4030 and the other with 3600

should be able to get 2 tickets on 3rd May?

will be busy though with all the CDS people apllying that day too?

Re: FA Cup Final Ticket Criteria

I know 3 lads in the CDS but they've all got over 6,000 points, I imagine most others are the same.

3 of us exactly the same - believe most on CDS are well up the points scale.
