I'm guessing it won't get anywhere near Cityzens. Unless he's willing to cough up for level 2.

You think more are still getting added at the start of each window? Maybe 1400-1500 left at 3pm?

Not sure there's anymore to add. For the semi final whole blocks were held back but this isn't the case here all blocks are on sale !
