Yes, I only received the purchase notification without the seat details, and the 2nd email you get with the mobile ticket download has not arrived at all.Anyone else having problems downloading the mobile tickets? Just goes to an error web page when I click on the 'add to wallet' link.
I can see the ticket in the 'my tickets' section on my account, but have not attempted to add it to my phone as it's for another person in a different block. Clearly if others cannot download, and I haven't had the 2nd email with the mobile download option, there must be a collective issue.
I have tweeted Supporter Services outlining the issue. God help anyone trying to ring. Just sit back and it will be rectified in time.
