CorrectThe email saying extra tickets were being released said tickets wouldn't be issued until the back end of the month.
Please note, your ticket will not be sent to you at the point of purchase but will arrive in your account no later than Tuesday 30th May 2023.
Save yourself the hassle and the stress by simply reading a few lines of clear instruction that said they will be sent out no later than 5 days before!My Mum bought from the additional allocation, and received email confirmation that the purchase had gone through. She's not even received an email with a link to download the ticket yet though, has anyone else experienced the same thing?
I'm currently trying to get through to Supporter Services, but have been on hold for over an hour and still nowhere near the front of the queue. Slowly losing the will to live here.
