When you look at the standards of some of these championship clubs and the 3 that came up, think we need a premiership 2 with less teams in it and reduce the premier to 18 teams and the premier 2 too 20 in the long run it will improve those teams before they come up to premier!

Agreed. I’ve switched the commentary off. Do you think he has two bingo type sheets with 20 cliches which he is obligated to trot out every game. Like ‘he will be treading on eggshells now’ (after a Boro booking).

Yep; the gap seems to be getting wider. In most previous seasons, at least one of the promoted clubs manages to stay up. I can’t see Burnley or Sheffield United staying up. That leaves Luton, who may (repeat, MAY) stay up, depending on one of the three above them imploding....




I'd say those from Fulham up are reasonably okay. And possibly Palace.

I can never understand why teams don't put a normal corner in, especially teams that hardly get a chance to have a shot like Middlesbrough in this game who have had one halfchance. Instead they float in a stupid corner to the edge of the box that can get cut out very easily.
