How do they negotiate ticket prices with opponents in domestic cup games if the ST includes 5 cup games?

However to be clear...you're suggesting that it's not the clubs fault that Wembley prices are way too high?

My post was suggesting that the poster should wait and see how fucking high those tickets will be. Thus highlighting ridiculous ticket prices not just at City but across the board at football.

You seem to be defending high ticket prices whether at City or not.


I may be wrong....please forgive me if I got that wrong but you didn't really clarify what you actually meant by responding to my post. I took it that you were defending prices which are way too high.


£70 for Liverpool at home for example......Citys prices.

It’s very modest, especially when you are committing to support the team regardless of opposition, when clubs like Arsenal charge 10 quid for adults for carabao cup games. and our kids prices are 20 quid for championship opposition, then I would say it is dear, it will cost me 100 quid for tickets on the cup scheme, before I have even set off for the game, that is way way too much in todays climate

Supply and demand comes to mind. You are right about the price of tickets City need to need to do more.

Fair point, but ignores the fact that we've also had Chelsea (twice), Scousers and Arses this season

I didn't ignore that it simply didn't form part of my comparison which was our last 2 FAcup draws with theirs!
I could say that you pointing out us drawing Chelsea/Liverpool/Arsenal ignores the fact that United drew Barcelona or ignores the favourable draws we have had in the last few seasons?
