Just a couple of extra observations why I think we will have a very big folllowing at Wembley vs Brighton.
We had about 40,000 Blues in Wembley for the League Cup Final. In addition to the 33,500 allocation, we had several thousand Blues in the “neutral” / FA blocks and Club Wembley. I reckon two thirds will make it back to Wembley (I know it’s very expensive) so that’s 26-27,000.
We sold about 7-8,000 seats for the Community Shield after tickets when on general sale. I reckon about half of those Blues don’t normally get the chance of an FA Cup semi final ticket and will jump
At the chance of tickets against Brighton.
If my assumptions are in the right ballpark, that’s about 30,000 tickets sold before people invite extra friends and family (due to increased ticket availability) and tourists realise they can get in the game.
As long as I’m there, I’m not to bothered tbf
