What I don't understand is who in their right mind drives direct to Wembley.
It's chaos and a fortune to park.

Drive and park elsewhere for a train or tram into London or Wembley.
I always drive and park 20 mins walk away for free. Just have to do your homework and use google streetview. No problem getting away afterwards.

Just for those who don’t use the trains often, get your self a railcard £30
For the year, can use Tesco club points so cost me nothing but you save a fortune it doesn’t always have to be expensive , I have a friends and family railcard and for 2 adults and 2 children it cost us £137 return going Saturday morning come back Sunday , less than £35 each to london , different types of railcard to suit but well worth the money . Only one person needs the railcard on your booking so if you all chip in you can bring the costs down. Just an idea for those who don’t travel by train often.
Wise words - and don`t forget that Tesco are reducing the £3 for 1 voucher down to 2 for 1. I thinks it`s from 1st April.

Just had a look on a Sheffield United site and they are griping just as we are.

Couple of interesting snippets,

a suggestion that tv companies are arguing too, BBC with first Dibs want Rags (surprise fucking surprise), obvs this is complicated with the euro Disney shit Cup they are in, but not out of the question!

They refer to Wednesday's ground as "Swillsborough" or "death trap Hillsborough"

Most were complaining about the delay apart from 1 who was banging on about "some reet big bus" that takes you straight there for £20, on the M1 that is open all night :-)

BBC had first Dibs the previous 2 rounds and chose us and not the Rags. This round though the Rags game is a better prospect?

Hmmm.
If the BBC have the Saturday game and want the rags, maybe the delay is due to a negotiation with uefa to move their Thursday night game to the Wednesday.
