LOL, getting UEFA to mess with their precious schedule- that would be a fruitless pursuit!Hmmm.
If the BBC have the Saturday game and want the rags, maybe the delay is due to a negotiation with uefa to move their Thursday night game to the Wednesday.
Hang on, haven’t the Green Man already officially confirmed we’re Saturday?!Hmmm.

I did put an exclamation mark - maybe a ;-) would’ve been better.I’m not sure the Green Man can officially confirm the days and dates of FA Cup semi finals.

The two broadcasters have first pick in alternate rounds of the cup. ITV had first pick in the QF and chose rags v Fulham.BBC had first Dibs the previous 2 rounds and chose us and not the Rags. This round though the Rags game is a better prospect?
According to wiki this is the selection process:The two broadcasters have first pick in alternate rounds of the cup. ITV had first pick in the QF and chose rags v Fulham.
ITV will virtually always pick the rags or dippers given the chance simply because the potential viewing figures mean they can charge more per commercial. BBC tend to pick based more on what’s the best choice from a football point of view.
