He's quicker than Fernando, is more mobile than Fernando, has more vision than Fernando, offers more going forward than Fernando, is more creative than Fernando, will work his socks off for the cause, has a cracking attitude, has the potential to improve, is ambitious enough to challenge himself, is a current England international, qualifies as home grown, has bags of Premiership experience, and is available for a bargain price. An absolute no brainer of a signing.

Let's face it a bag of cement has better attributes than Fernando.

Delph is getting a lot of stick on here, he would be a very good signing for us at the quoted price..

The people giving him stick were probabily the same people crying when Milner left..

I am not convinced he will leave because if he does come he can say goodbye to his England career and Euro 16.

I think he's a good player but I totally agree. Would be a bad move for him.

Agreed...surely this lad has ambition internationally and won't want to bench warm..
