You would have thought that if the rags needed a left back they would have gone for him, only 1m more than Baines who they offered 12m for and were snubbed. Rags can also offer CL where Spurs can't. Might just be cut price deal obviously to get Bale anyone else want him might have to pay double but I am only speculating.

I don't see any Real Madrid player going to Spurs without him being part of the Bale deal.
Maybe the 13m quoted is the difference between a cash + player deal for Bale.
