I will accept that one. But similarly you wonder why someones first reaction is to call out others and people who work hard to create a podcast for City fans benefit?

Don't kid yourself. The majority of podcasts are made by people who want to benefit themselves further down the line.

I don't listen to the podcast but if they have ever belittled other blues for thinking there is an agenda against the club then they are ****s.

And does that work the other way also? If people on here try to belittle others for having a different view are they ****s also? People get so quickly offended on here but have no issue chucking muck at others (not referring to you by the way).

I think their is a bit of self interest in everyone and everything but it still does not change the fact it benefits others also.

having decided to no longer listen to them after listening to presenters sneer at blues & players I came to the conclusion that presenters were keeping main stream career opportunities open.

It is a million miles away, No one on hear has even heard of the Mirror Herald, and this is probably the most sensitive place in the world to anti-city news.

Click bait exists for a few clubs because they gain more interest than articles about we do. Its sad, bit unfair but the way it will work until we gain more influence in the media by having more supporters reading/downloading the content.

Were just unfortunate that our two biggest rivals have the most influence, which does put us in a unique situation.

No one has heard of the 'Mirror Herald' because it is a construct rather than an actual media outlet. It's just like when you get one of those marketing research calls which are clearly from India and you are asked to believe the bloke with the heavy accent on the other end of the line is called 'John Smith' or some other quintessentially English sounding name.

True, but I agree with him that there's got to me more to this than just allegations of sportswashing. Speculating about someone's motivations is allowed in the media, and it doesn't make something fake news. If I say "Trump only said that ridiculous thing to deflect from the shit job he's doing" it's an opinion, not fake news. So there must be specific false allegations.

If someone pays you to spout a particular opinion, and pass yourself of as an impartial commentator or media organisation then it's fake news.
