Fan Behaviour

Daily Mail has a pathological hared of us, and our fans.

Every other day a story demoising the Club and our fans.

Our Fans are just like all Football fans. Majority are well behaved, good fans, with a few Dick Heads.

When it comes to us though Dick Heads is big News.

My Experience with Spurs fans is they are some of the worst in England.

And abroad,

When ever i go on Holiday to Spain or the Canaries they are always the mouthiest fans, FACT.
That last bit reminded me of when we whalloped them 5-1 at WHL when dzeko got 4.
was watching it in turkey, me the only blue and about 5 spurs and a couple of geordies (big units)

spurs lads were awful, gobby, abusive, moany, “oil money” “arabs plaything” etc.
The mood not improving as the goals went in.

at the final whistle they carried on and aiming a fair bit of abuse my way , even tho id hardly said a word.

geordies got up, walked over to them and said “sit down you fuckin moaning southern bastards”.
They did, and never heard another peep. Though there mood improved as we sat and watched the scum beat arsenal 8-2

Travelled a bit on the trains on Saturday, various northern and midland places.
Was an observable high level of boozed/ cocained fat loudmouths of various ages at large. Definite sense of them being let off the leash after months of straining at it.

I always stand for away games, but that's some arrogance telling those who'd rather sit not to attend. There's plenty, who for reasons of age or health, do not wish/may not be able to stand. They could just as easily say "don't attend away games unless you're prepared to plonk your arse in the seat provided for that very purpose"
Yeah, fair enough. I went off track a bit at the end of my reply there.
As I was writing it, I was thinking back to some fans sat behind me at Newcastle away last season. They were huffing and puffing and making petty, snide comments to each other because I was stood in front of them (everyone ele was stood too), and it was winding me up whilst typing.
Of course, I wouldn't tell fans not to attend away games. I didn't mean to come across as arrogant.
However, this expecting everyone to sit because they don't want to stand, and thinking they have the moral high ground because, officially, we've paid for a seat, then thinking it's acceptable to be rude and demand the person in front sits, is ridiculous imo. You know away fans stand.

Cocaine use is rife.
It is in every bar in the country, not just football.
Is much more antisocial than people being drunk. The latter just fall asleep in their seats.
I was at the match yesterday and didn't see much to be concerned about, but plainly I didn't see everything.
So, are you saying cocaine is to blame for the violence, not the alcohol. Or, are you saying the cocaine allows the violent drunks to keep going?

You take cocaine away, they'll still be trouble.
You take alcohol away, there'd be far, far less trouble.

I'm not condoning drug use, I just don't believe coke is behind the trouble.
The scrotes that do kick-off, are the sort of people that will dabble in cocaine, however, the cocaine doesn't turn them in yobs. You take away the coke, they're still yobs. They're yobs that get drunk and cause trouble.

I'd say not everyone who's coked up at the football kicks off.... but everyone who kicks off at the football is coked up.

Man you people are out of touch. This whole issue is simply a case of older generations not having done coke cos it wasn’t around / affordable back then and just not understanding its effects.

People eventually fall asleep after drinking for hours but before that they become loud aggressive and confrontational. Coke gives people confidence rather than aggression - big difference.

I’d sooner deal with a bar full of people coked up than a bar full of drunks.
