Got a meeting with the club on Monday - virtually of course - and I believe we're talking about how the immediate future looks.
I can't see how a small percentage of fans can be let back in fairly. A ballot would separate friend and families, every other row would do the same, how would getting in and out of the stadium be managed - row by row like an aeroplane just isn't feasible. How would the capacity on the toilets be managed, queuing to get in, using transport to get to the ground. It just isn't sensible and that's before you talk about away fans. I think it will be January at the earliest unless a vaccine is freely available before then.Got a meeting with the club on Monday - virtually of course - and I believe we're talking about how the immediate future looks.

Many things we do every day have risk attached to them, driving a car is definitely not 100% safe. Even with a reasonably effective vaccine there's no guarantee you won't catch covid-19, just like getting the flu vaccine each year doesn't mean you won't get flu. What’s that got to do with covid ??
A vaccine for 60m people is a pipe dream at the moment.

Yeah the wife is going through chemo mate, I get what you mean, but I won’t be taking that chance.I understand I don't know you or your situation and, for all I know, you (or people close to you) may be especially vulnerable to the virus. In which case you have my sympathies.
My point was that there are risks in all walks of life.
Whether it be crossing roads or mixing with people.
Nothing is 100% safe.
That's all.
