- I love watching how indignant leavers are despite protestations that they don't give a f*ck - and how pious stayers can be.
The only fact in this whole thread is that the ground is sparse and lacking in atmosphere and appreciation at the end of the game. Some care, some don't.
Its called piss taking, aimed at those who (a) think we don`t care (b) think its our fault at the lack of atmosphere (c) our fault that the players are hurt at our refusal to stay until 90+ minutes and clap them off (d) everything fucking else thats our fault.
I have my own medical reasons for leaving early but I don`t have a problem with anyone else wanting to fuck off for whatever reason/s,neither do I complain at those who want to stay until whatever time.By the same token I don`t need a fucking lecture from these Billy Big Bollocks Bigger Than Thou Fans.
I`m fucked if I can find anything on my Season Ticket saying from the Club, that I must remain in my seat until told to do so.I bet some of these people doing the whinging are the same people who arrive late,go for a piss every 15 minutes, fuck off early at half time for a beer and fucking smokers.
Tin hat now firmly placed on bonce and eagerly awaits constructive criticism !! I wont hold me breath for the latter. ;)
Bloody hell Oakie watch your blood pressure (I know it's your blood pressure and you'll do what you like with it!). If you read my post correctly it was highlighting the futility of the debate coming from both sides.
I sit on a front row so I don't really get disturbed by the comings and going of others; and facing the Directors box (tier) I get to see lots of blue seats. My only experience is a bloke behind me who brings his wife and 2 young lads (probably 5 - 6 yrs). Nice bloke but at around 10 mins to go he says without fail - "next time the ball goes out". It's become a bit of a standing joke around us - he misses so many goals and incidents. Sometimes with 15 mins to go, and the scores level or the game tight, people are telling him to leave so that we will score. It's a shame for the kids because they are clearly very knowledgeable and are loving the match. I asked the girl next to them where they live (expecting it to be an expedition away) - "Middleton".
Before you start - about medical conditions and that not being typical - I accept that and couldn't agree more that it is entirely up to the individual.
