Fans Not Staying To Applaud The Team

I hate dippers fans like the next blue but they love their club and show the appreciation for the team. If that was us yesterday thrashing someone 9-0 the ground would’ve been half empty at the end. Maybe we have more non Manc fans than we realize and they do in fact have a long way to go home.

As a non manc fan I leave home about 8 in the morning and get home about
10 at night. An extra half hour sat in traffic for me makes little difference in the overall scheme of things.

Not saying I like the pic taking/sign holding day trippers. However they aren't the ones that leave first. Many stay to get a final pic/video!

The part of the ground which is empty first is the 'hardcore' section in the corner by the away fans (111). Pretty much no-one there at the final whistle yesterday.

Could have been a euphemism for suffering a cardiac arrest when the second goal went in!
