Matt Turner (begrudgingly) and I think you are a transfer or two away from a BB. :-)

I'd have started Isak over Solanke too with SHU at home. Isak and Gordan both really helped me out today in my Cup and H2H matches.

Went with Watkins and Solanke as my front two. Five man mf (Foden, Son, Palmer Bailey and De Bruyne). Son as captain (DGW)....




Hopefully Palmer won't be fit, and Isak will come in for him.

For GW34, I finally got the win for the week with 160 points, which pretty close to my BB FPL numbers.

For this past week, newly promoted teams (BUR, LUT, and SHU) got double points.

I was able to successfully manage the bench for this week for 2 key players coming off with timely numbers in Mateta (CP) with 29, Brereton (SHU double points and DGW) with 18, and Kyle Walker having a strong match with 14 points. I kept Gabriel on the bench while Saliba and White had double clean sheets and lots of points as we know.

For GW35, the theme is London Derbies where players from CHE, ARS, TOT, FUL, and CP get double points. The deadline is rolling up until each match time, so the strategy can be a bit different than the normal FPL matches with a single deadline.

Forgot to do a team, so just cobbled one together now. Good score last week.

Well then; my gamble failed. Unless Watkins and Solanke, and particularly my mf, have field days. C'est la vie, as the Germans might say.

Another clean sheet for everton - 3 in a row now.
Unfortunately I picked mykolenko instead of Braithwaite as defender to bring in at the start of the run as he got injured in game 2 of the run so got me 7 points instead of the 26 Braithwaite got.

I've got Tarkowski this last couple of weeks, so I'm not complaining. He got me 13 in the last (double) GW. and another 5 this evening. Hopefully Gabriel and Saliba don't get any clean sheet bonus tomorrow!

The good news is CP came back to earth this week, so you really didn't miss any hauls, except for Newcastle who's not in the London Derby!
