Thank you for the information I will have a look into that as a discount on travel costs would be ideal.

Drop me a PM if you need e-mail addresses for the Secretary and Travel people. You need minimum Blue Membership with priority for tickets and I think Membership only to travel. We take between 10 and 60 to matches on the train. All good sport.

PM Sent. Thanks for the help.

Received and replied!

I live and work fairly central (Pimlico/ Kensington); will keep an eye out.

Some good pubs, with good ale, but off the top of my head, seem to lack the all-important screens!

When I was working in London last and early this year I used to go in the Famous 3 Kings in West Kensington. (Infact met Tueartsboots in there one night).
Big sports pub, shows all sorts but I don't think has real ale.
Hope this helps:

Didn't Tueartsboots and some people watch the England matches this summer in a pub they were testing out as a possible candidate for City games? I think it was called The Albion, on the corner of Fleet Street and Farringdon Road.

I'd love to help with the 'research' but I'm working away (in France) til the end of August.

Yes it was The Albion, pretty decent pub. I'm going to arrange a meet with Mike the landlord sometime this week to have a chat.
I've already spoken to the landlord of The Coach and Horses which is just around the corner off Fleet St, I may have been quiet but I have been planning !

Isn't it just? The problem TB is that you established yourself as Mr London Blues but then get the responsibility of organising things for an expectant group. I fully admit it's a pressure I wouldn't want - but am perfectly willing to help. Got a circle of a dozen of us who will come along for bigger matches.

As I said on Twitter, just let me know if you want me to come to The Albion with you.

Brilliant!

I had a great time for the Newcastle match. Ended up back in Manchester for the QPR match, but the Toure goals made for some atmosphere!

In association with LondonSC we have booked the upstairs of The Albion for the Community Shield next Sunday, http://www.thealbionlondon.com/contact.htm , dead easy to find.
We need an idea of who will be coming though.

Moi. That's French for "me". I'm not French and I don't speak much anymore - but I thought I'd answer in French for once.

Hasta la vista, Baby.
