Vindaloo for me. Chicken or Lamb, change it up often. Had it with Goat once and that was pretty fucking good too.

Only ever eaten goat in a Caribbean curry which I really enjoyed. Quite hot and spicy but really nice flavours. All I've ever tasted in a vindaloo is eye watering spice heat.
