Feeling flat?

Just take a break. I manage year round as well by only really coming on here for City news. Do not watch Sky Sports News, buy any of the publications which attack us, which is nearly them all, certainly don't listen to talkshite and don't engage with uninformed pricks supporting other clubs. The BBC of course needs to be consumed in very small doses too. I know this is not an easy strategy for many but I can assure you it works.
I'm currently on a Classic FM only, withdrawal rehab process. They've never heard of sport. Feels better.

It definitely works. This has been exactly what I've been doing for quite a while.

Their behaviour at winning that game since is a timely reminder that the self entitled, gloating, strutting wankers are still out there waiting. They haven't gone away, just been hiding since their last few years of humiliation. They are and will always remain.....scum!
At least all this ‘the dippers are worse’ talk is consigned to the bin

I get what the op means , it is like the day after the wedding, all the adrenaline is used up then comes a crash of sorts. I had written off the title a coup!e of months ago so i was calm ( ish)then the blueboys startrd going on a run , i should never have doubted them

Now i feel knackered , anaemia aside , city has worn me out ! The buzz has gone till august

I was uplifted this dinner time. Traipsed to the grothole they call Oldham for an hour but then back for a dinner at M&S cafe in Rochdale. Bought a few comestibles in the foodhall and chose the conveyor belt option. Said to the young lady on the till "I hope this comes to more than £20 as I want some stickers for the young lad next door, he's picked the right team to support." "Which team is that," she sez. "City!" i say. "Oh, I'm a City fan. My Dad used to play for them!" And her Dad finished his days playing for the Dale! Stan Horne!

A bit, but it's also a sign that we've leveled up as a club. In terms of ambition and consistency it's us, Real Madrid and a bit of a power gap atm.
