This scenario is looking like smooth Tonys hand over of the reins of power to Gordon Brown, just before it all went tits up.
Fingers crossed.

Brilliant - a tory hijacks the thread.
But seeing as you brought up politics, this is almost as funny as Thatcher dying.
If Carlsberg did years...

Momentous day for the club, the fans and the whole football world. We knew this day would come and we have been preparing for that. Board will take council from Sir Alex and Sir Bobby on new appointment. The new manager will have to have experience in both England and European competitions. david gill - mourinho or klopp

The tick tock movement is gaining force.

Expect all the Norwich colours back out next season what with radio suggesting Uncle Sam pushed him and Giggs/Moyes/Ratboy taking over.

At least the comments about playing for the rags rather than money will be correct.

I'd like to say well done to Mr Ferguson but all I can actually mutter is 'fuck off you horrible old pisshead'.

The worst possible time for them to change there's now a big 6 and a meltdown would really bugger up the CL qualification for them.

Let's just hope that for our sake it's not going to be Klopp + Lewandowski.

It might be a bit shit short term, but long term it's still better than Fergie staying.

Moyes odds on Skybet have gone from 11/8 to 2/5 on in the space of 2hours and we all know who far the Sky corporation have been up the arse of anything swamp based over the years.

It will certainly help the old pisshead moving upstairs but is anyone else feeling that this won't effect them as much as everyone thinks?
