Let's be honest it's not what most United fans wanted, the funny thing is he's suddenly now become an 'exceptional manager', sorry i must have missed all those trophies he's won the past 24 hours...

IMAGINE the backlash and the jokes from the media if City replaced Mancini with Moyes?. They'd be laughing and he would be a bad replacement. But it seems cause he's going United, he's suddenly some sort of cult hero. Media biased shocker as per usual...

Over the moon he's gone to the swamp, brave face from loads of rags i know. Some are shitting it at the prospect of us properly shifting everything our way.

Delighted with the appointment, tick tock you red bastards.

Happy with it too, not buying this 'Sour Alex will still be pulling the strings' bollocks either. Moyes is his own fella and is going to want to do things his own way, Ferguson knocking about the halls of the swamp every 5 minutes is only going to put pressure on the man. I love it.

If Moyes fails

If it doesn't work out for Moyes at UTD could Big Sam do a job? Both put out teams hard to beat and had a bit of success in the lower leagues, never had any money or won anything, but both regarded as decent managers, or even Harry, whats the difference?

Moyes' first official game in charge will be the Community Shield against either Manchester City or Wigan at Wembley on August 11, which could have become Ferguson's 50th trophy.

According to the MUEN link above, Bacon Face won 49 trophies! Is this correct???
