Bandwagon is another of our Bosnian 'guests'.

He hasn't got a clue about our club, like a few others of similar background, hopefully they will fuck off when Dzeko does.

i'm not a bosnian.

is there something wrong with bosnians btw ? i notice that there's alot of hate for bosnians on this forum.

he is good for the counter attack. but is he a physical player who tackles a lot ? it's up for debate.
WTF do you watch our matches?

i always thought he was more of an interceptor.

okay, so he tackles a lot as well.

fernandinho's problem is that paulinho, gustavo and ramires have been involved in the build up to the world cup and i think it wouldn't be professional for scolari to drop them . then there's many brazilian CM's who can called up instead of fernandinho. e.g. hernanes.

unless manchester city can win one or two trophies this season, i think fernandinho is not going to make it. scolari probably isn't aware that man city is now one of the elite clubs in england. he must be thinking that liverpool and tottenham are bigger and better.
hmmmmmmmm

what i mean is that he isn't like roy keane. he can tackle. but isn't really an aggressive player. i don't just watch every game, after the game i always analyze fernandinho's football by watching the clips uploaded by Train. i also have all the stats so i know what i'm talking about.

Do not worry mate you are entitled to your opinion like everybody else and for what its worth he does not dive into challenges often, which is not a bad thing as good players will make you play if you commit unsuccessfully.

I think he has been OK for City but would not be clamouring for his inclusion, if I was Brazilian, based on his performances for City so far. Think he is playing within himself and as yet I am not sure if that is due to his role or his confidence.

If nothing else today showed me how important Dinho is to our side, he dictates the urgency and tempo of our play, connecting defence to attack.

Garcia is out of his depth in that role and the game just passes him by without him having any effect on it whatsoever, Yaya also doesn't look himself next to him either.

Sorely missed today and finding an identical player should be priority one for the management. Garcia, Rodwell, and Milner are all similar but too different, and whenever they partner Toure, he drifts farther back to compensate.

We used to be shit when Barry was injured. He's the new Barry. Which makes you wonder why we loaned out the old Barry, because he would've been really useful today.

he is more than barry. fernandinho is an athlete. he's more mobile and agile. he can play as a box-to-box midfielder, so when yaya gets injured, fernandinho can replace him.

barry had to go because his wages were too high.

Barry helped the back 4 where as Dinho helps out defensively but also dictates much of our attacking play! Nasri was the only midfielder that was urging us forward!!

But oh well still only 6 points from top!

I can't figure out Fernandinho, I've given him a lot of shit but when he doesn't play there's clearly something missing. Perhaps he's an unsung hero who gets scapegoated by the likes of me because we paid absolutely ridiculous money for (I still stand by that point, for that money we could have bought that twat RVP and won the league last season)

we needed a DM/CM. when you need a particular type of player, you go and get him, even it means that you have to pay over the odds.

the way i see it is we got 4 good players for £84 million. £21 million for each player.

some say he's old, but he isn't THAT old. he's 28 and can play for atleast another 4 years. defensive midfielders can play until their mid 30's. pirlo is still playing football. makelele was signed by chelsea when he was 30 (17million) . and gareth barry is 32.
