10. Ricky Van Wolfswinkel
Norwich splashed out £8.5 million on the Dutch striker and he has yet to prove he is worth that. He has only mustered one goal this season, coming in his debut versus Everton, and has really struggled to get to grips with the English game. There is still plenty of time for the former Sporting Lisbon striker to prove the critics wrong.
9. Gary Hooper
Another Norwich striker to be disappointing. Hooper made the move from Celtic for a reported £5 million but has only scored once in the league. It is so disappointing because of his goalscoring record and form and Celtic. Like Van Wolfswinkel, they may just need time to settle in and hopefully see the best of them.
8. Arouna Kone
The Ivory Coast international hasn’t had the best of starts to his Everton career since he made the move with manager Roberto Martinez from Wigan Athletic. He is yet to score for his new club and hasn’t put in any notable performances. He has also been overshadowed by the performances of Romelu Lukaku.
7. Danny Graham
Sunderland signed the man who had done pretty well at Swansea but he failed to score in 11 games for the Wear side team. So he agreed to a loan move to Hull City at the start of the season and his goal drought has continued. No goal in nine games for the Tigers and he is getting pretty desperate to break this long drought. Hasn’t added much to the Hull team. Strange signing.

This player has quite simply been a disaster for Liverpool after his reported £7.7 million transfer from Celta Vigo. He has made six appearances this term and has done nothing to justify his price tag. Not Brendan Rodgers' best buy while he’s been in charge. The supporters will hope for better, but there hasn’t been anything to suggest there will.
5. Marouane Chamakh
How this player has played for Arsenal is anyone’s guess. He made the switch to Crystal Palace and has continued to show why he isn’t Premier League standard. He has bagged once for his new club but it will take a while for him to add to that as most opposition defenders have a comfortable day marking the striker.
4. Jozy Altidore
One of Paulo Di Canio’s signings. It’s been a disastrous start for the big lad and he hasn’t put in any notable performances. His goal drought continues which at the moment stands at 10 games. He joined the Black Cats after an impressive spell at AZ Alkmaar but hasn’t replicated that kind of form in the red and white stripes of Sunderland.

The 28-year-old Spaniard joined Tottenham Hotspur for a club record £26 million from Valencia, which was subsequently broken by the £30 million signing of Erik Lamela. It’s not been all positive for the centre forward, he hasn’t set the place alight. He has scored four goals in the league but hasn’t put in any man of the match standard performances. It seems as though Spurs may have paid a bit too much.

However, he hasn’t shown to be worth half that price let alone the whole of it. He has a long way to go if he wants to be at the same level as fellow City midfielder Yaya Toure.
Spot on imho, Fernandinho is very simply nowhere near a £30m player.

I'd say it's downright wrong, so far this season he's been impressing me and as he learns how the team likes to play (who makes runs where and how fast they can get to something) and how our league operates he'll only get better.
I think some people dislike it but I like his aggressive tackling/closing down style, its repeatedly stopped an opponents attack because it even started. Moreover we end up repeatedly finding ourselves with the ball back in their half while their players are charging up for a counter attack, actually wish more of our players would try it.

Absolutely he complements the players we have already have got and the playing style we are adopting.
