3-4 days ago the shit hits the fan internally at Liverpool
We hold back on our bid for Dzeko
We should now make a bid for Bruno.

Simple.

1. The bid has been on the table for some time.

2. There is no way Torres will follow Rafa anywhere as has been suggested
elsewhere on the site.

3. As the makeup of next seasons squad becomes apparent IMO Torres
will sign. This is what Torres and his representatives are watching
closely.

4. He will become the highest paid player in the prem (overtaking Ade who is
currently the highest paid, withTevez in 2nd)

Well maybe this is one of the two ongoing deals Bombo was talking about. Wouldnt matter to me how long this drags out if in the end we get him.

Just received a pm from a respected member (asked not to reveal his name) which corroberates information I received earlier this evening. Not surprising given the developments over at Anfield in the last few hours. Torres representatives are definately speaking to us AGAIN..... fingers crossed guys.

Torres has no interest in joining

City.

Guillem Balague the Sky and Talksport adviser, Said Torres had a offer on the table with City and he is just not interested.

Also Yaya is City bound, he had an offer from Arsenal but Arsen said he could aswell play in defence aswell as Midfield which he didnt like.

Tbf even David Villa has said he's very good mates with Balague, infact quite a few of the spanish players are mates with him.

W e have reportedly agreed a deal with Toure but that can still go tits if we don't get the numbers right with barca.
