haha yeah balague talks shit 99% of the time, thats why he is a regular on talksport.

I see what your saying, i dont beleive torres wants to come to city anyway, but because balague has said it definitley doesnt make it anymore true.

Is anyone really surprised? We dont' have CL football so our best chance of getting CL-quality targets is with a special sell (worked under Mancini before/ brother already at the club/ chance to piss off Fergie, etc etc)

No such thing exists for Torres.

Not really surprised but i think Torres saying things like CL football isn't the be all end all etc i'd prefer to challenge for the title bla bla, makes ppl think hmmmm is he hinting if you get my drift?

Balague is right when he says Torres doesn't want to join but he's wrong when he says there's an offer on the table. If we had bid, Liverpool would have accepted.

Guillem Balague gets a lot of stuff wrong tho. one i always remember is that he said it was nailed on torres was signing for the rags, was absolutely adamant this was happening. then he signed for the dippers a week later.
