I've just been to Citys stadium to pick up my ticket for the Valencia friendly on the 7th and there was a bit of commotion at the main entrance. A few fans went over to see what was going on. We asked the security guys who it was and they said they didn't know, but a journo that was standing at the side said that it was Fernando Torres' agent. These Torres rumours just wont go away will they!
You would have thought the player would have put them to bed already if he didnt have any intention of leaving scouse.
A big yes for me if he was interested.
As a business decision for the club it would also be a no brainer. The money to be made of this guys back, literally would be something else.

Can't see why a guy being greeted by a few staff would cause a 'commotion' to be honest. Or why an agent would have to be greeted by more than one person anyway...or why they'd meet him outside instead of a relatively normal 'take a seat and Mr Marwood will be down in a minute' type deal....sorry to inject a bit of realism lol.
Hopefully where there's smoke, there's fire though, as fire as these ongoing Torres rumours go....

just been in the store at the ground, there is a number 9 adebayor shirt behind the tills upstairs but on the tv screens listing the squad numbers he is still 25.....mmm the plot thickens

You really think there's any chance of a deal being done for Torres this window? I just don't see it. Nobody I know at City is even remotely confident. Some are even saying we've moved on...
I sort of wish the player himself would say something...
