That's not what i sed. I just feel that if Fernandinho was to pick up a injury, there's no way City could play in the manner they are doing currently. They would have to make a change to the system they play.

FFS , stopp the negativity. We have the best squad in the Prem and we are going to win it. Add to that the Capital Cup and the rest is a bonus. I don't think we will get the quad but we still have the chance. Stop whinging.

Negativity it's not. Just pure appreciation for Fernandinho and the importance he is to the system that Manuel plays.

Quite right. There is no negativity in pointing out the big drop in quality of our back up midfield players compared to the first choice......because unfortunately it is true. It's a shame we couldn't add another top midfielder to the squad. It is certainly very worrying if Fernandinho and Yaya get injured and we were due to play a top team.......all my mates feel exactly the same way and it's got nothing to do with 'whinging' as mentioned above.

WTF are you guys whinging about? We have midfielders crawling out of our ears. We were worried about the lack of support for Yaya and we signed Fernandinho who is fooking ace. We also have Milner and Rodwell sitting on the bench. (not to mention Barry having a storming season at Everton)

If there's one thing I've learned being a City fan in the last few seasons, is that having half decent players on the bench causes alsorts of shit. Belamy, Adebayor, Balotelli, Bridge, Ireland...all they did was cause a big stink and the media lapped it up.

So lets say we signed Fernando yesterday. Does hes go into the first 11? Does he fook! He only plays if someone gets injured or a few last 10 minute sub appearences to run the clock down.

I don't give a fook that we didn't sign him. Infact, probably saved ourselves 15m quid on a benchwarmer.
