I feel it's going to be £49m, full stop. If we signed an agreement with Uefa to limit our spending then they'll have jurisdiction domestically too through our agreement. But it still won't affect us imo because with our incomings we'd be looking to offload players FFPR or no FFPR.

Eh?
Transfer limit discussion, previous page. Quoting a pain in the arse on this phone.
If we signed an agreement with UEFA to limit spending to £49m this year and the agreement didn't specifically state CL A list players only, then going by their previous form with interpreting things to do with FFPR, we need to limit overall spending to £49m and avoid leaving them a chance to hit us with further sanctions.

So you mean if we sold a player for 10m we can't spend 59m the deal we supposedly did with UEFA was 49m spend

No mate, we can spend it net. But I don't think we can sign say, £70m net worth of transfers and only register £49m for the CL, as was being discussed, imo it would leave us open to accusations of violating our settlement. Overall was a bad term to use, sorry. I meant for European and Domestic squad.

How come he has no senior caps for Brazil?

I watched him in the latter stages of the Europa League. Can see how he got the nickname the Octopus. He'll have to be a little careful with his tackles in the Premiership. How would this affect Fernandinho? Would he play further forward? Fernando looks very much like a specialist defensive midfielder whereas Fernandinho can do everything

Had a falling out with the NT... Has been spending a while trying to switch to Portugal who were going to call him up but FIFA denied him.

This should give us a lot of flexibility. In the UCL IMO we can only play with 1 striker vs the elite teams. Playing with 2 leaves us too exposed on the counter and 90% of the UCL teams play specifically on the counter. Will allow us to play Ferando deep, and Dinho & Yaya ahead. Giving them both freedom to get forward even more but still giving us cover. We dominated a lot of teams in the center of the park with just Yaya and Dinho even though the oppositions played with 3 in the middle more often than not. Just imagine how dominant we could be with those 3.

Also will allow us to rest Yaya so he'll be at his best when he does play. Plus he does tend to play a bit uninspired against the small clubs so we can rest him vs them and focus him in the big games. Will allow Dinho to play in his natural role in those games Yaya is rested.
