Feyenoord (H) | CL | Post Match Thread

Love your positivity but we’ll get well beaten at Anfield.
I know, but I've been a City fan for over 50 years, and I was at York away, not much chance we'll get that bad again, I remember 1989 when stuffed the scum 5-1, no way did anyone see that coming, so you never know!

We’ve bought utter shite and let good players go to boot. Shocking business is coming home to roost

I am sick to death of us gifting the opposition goals. Pathetic last 15 minutes when completely in control of the game. So frustrating watching us just throw games away at the moment when concentrating and keeping our composure could prevent all this.

There needs to be consequences for really poor performances. Walker Saturday and Ederson tonight… both should be dropped until they improve their attitudes.
Pep needs to be getting tough now. And also look at himself. Tactically we are all over the show. Large periods of the game saw 21 players in their third. An accurate medium pass and a couple of runners is all it takes to create a guilt edge chance. Game after game after game this season we’ve seen it. Why not pep?

Gvardiol and Akanji have been overplayed due to other players being often injured. They are the last to blame. At least they are there almost every game.

The academy players shouldn't be relied upon in such difficult moments. Anyone thinking they wouldn't be worse than Gundo or Bernardo is being foolish.

Shit seasons happen. It's normal to have injuries and to be unlucky after 4 great seasons. The most realistic chance for a big trophy this season is the club world cup when Rodri may be back. Rodri is not as brilliant on the ball as David Silva or KDB, but he is a more important player than any of the legends from the PL era.
