Hi Guys

If NYCFC have signed Lampard and Villa as widely reported, are the chances ond there season does not kick off until May, what are the chance es of us loaning them until the transfer window to keep them match fit.

Would Lampard (Home Grown) be a good asset in early European games ?

I guess the loan would be only a nominal fee ?
It's March I think, not May. Lampard definitely no. Villa probably not, we don't really need him. Maybe send them to Melbourne Hearts if their season starts early enough.

Melbourne Heart's season starts in October so I think we could see Villa or Lampard or both playing over there as a guest player.

We still don't know whether 13 +8 or 16 +5 so until that is resolved it makes seeing who would be part of the squad difficult. Except 16 +5 would allow most of our players able to be named.

I thought that was settled and it was 16+5
There's been nothing official but it's certainly the strongest rumour out there and does seem as nailed on as it's possible to be. The makeup of it is still up in the air, though I'm going with 1CT+4AT which would be best case for us.

We need this matter urgently cleared up. It will have an impact on our transfer activities until it is. Assuming it is 16, then it could also be 4CT+1AT, not at all impossible as UEFA wish to be seen as encouraging club trained players rather than transfer market signings, and which would leave us with an alarming scenario to face.

Maybe the club know and have planned accordingly without the panicking that we do because we aren't in the know.

Perhaps they do and I hope it's so, but until it's released publicly then I won't be counting any chickens.

Well when you get to the point where you are, be sure to use the Uefa FFP formula. You should end up with 4 Chickens, 2 Parrots, an elephant and an Aardvaark !

I don't think UEFA will be happy unless we name 21 dummies!

This is the sentence of 2014 on BM.

I highly doubt such blatantly obvious common sense will ever catch on though.

Looking at the proposed transfer targets and outgoings it seems to me to be 16 +4 AT +1 CT at the moment.

As it stands the plain, unvarnished truth is that in order to make room in the Champs League for our 3 nailed-on signings - Sagna, Fernando and a Centre Back - one or more of our esteemed foreign internationals is going to have to move on or be left out of the squad.
