The graphics are nice when stationary but when they are combined with juddery movement and terrible stances it just ruins the illusion. Can you tell me why the ball is moving in reaction to the players foot which is a good virtual foot from the ball? They have fucked up again. Nothing would please me more to pick up PES again. To have that excitement for months building up to it, but they keep getting it wrong. I love PES, but right now I cant play it in the state its gotten itself into. I bought a PS3 for PES and PES only. Unfortunately its no longer good enough at next gen level.

I thought that looked pretty good to me, I see your point about the ball moving when there was no contact but that is a really small thing and is only noticable when you zoom in. I thought that clip looked more realistic than Fifa IMO.
You're the one clutching at straws IMO. For instance, picking up on the possession gimik on FIFA, which in reality was proved wrong. Now saying the animations in that video were good. I value your opinion, but you can't deny the fact that FIFAs gameplay and animation is light years ahead of PES atm. I admit the graphics on PES are second to none, but it gets ruined by the laggy animations. I will rent it for the night like you suggested earlier in the thread. Lol I know where your coming from, I'm one of them ;-p. Bit of a bandwagon jumper, but I've always played FIFA when it was shit, but played PES when it was class as well. Next year will be the penultimate year, PES's graphics are quality compared to FIFAs, and gamplay is smoother and more refined in comparison to PES. So in my understanding, EA will refine there graphics for next year with the gameplay in tact, while Konami refine the gameplay!
