But Blatter's reign at the top has gone on far too long while corruption has gone on around him and he and the others around him have to be taken down if for no other reason than to show the next FIFA EC that they're not untouchable and that they will be caught.
I wonder where money is involved whether it is possible to stop corruption on the one hand or cartels with the other?
The EU has been unable to prevent black holes in its accounts caused by corruption and has up to now been unable to even get its accounts audited yet it pontificates to its members.
Our Banks were mainly saved by taxpayer money or dare I say it AD money yet they continue to be fined massive amounts for breaking financial rules.
Is it any wonder that both FIFA and UEFA have based themselves in a country that up to recently understands the need for secrecy where money is concerned. Football itself has owners that use places like the Caymen Islands to do its accountancy, at least our owner allows taxation in the country where its wealth was generated.
