FA must be kicking themselves about timing of selling WSL rights.

There will be more attending matches after this. England's women have established themselves as a top 4 team in the world and some of the other countries stars playing in it will peak interest.

That, I think, was the major difference. Too many England players didn't bring their 'A' game.

It felt a bit like that CL final we lost to Chelsea for me mate.

Too many off it at once, to get away with it.

The better team won. The England team did well to get to the final so can be congratulated. However, as with the men’s team, the hype was far too much.

Rode their luck against Colombia and did the same against Spain at the Euros. Played really gash today.

It was only a matter of time that luck would run out. At least we don't have to have a certain Neil Diamond song played to death even more than it is right now.

Disappointing result but can't deny that the better team (by far) won. Spain gave England a bit of a footballing lesson, esp in the first half. I think we could have played another 130 mins and still not scored. Our best chance was Hemp's shot that hit the crossbar in the early moments of the game.
Spain a bit like City, control, good movement on and off the ball, fought to get the ball back quickly and closed down passing routes.
