That's cos they're the Champions. The Champions begin at home first, so I believe anyway.

We will get Arsenal away, Spurs away, United away, Liverpool away, Chelsea away and then a combination of all 5 of them at the same time, again it will be away. Infact we aren't home until January.
They weren't reigning champions last season, but they got a home opening fixture. When are we going to get an opening day home fixture? Should have got one last season.
We were offered a home game first last season but turned it down in order to ensure City Square was ready. They should have been away first game so got a home game last. It's quite simple - there's no conspiracy.

As previously mentioned it's a little early to think that the clubs have been given information regarding fixtures just yet. It is most likely some IT clowns testing out a new layout for the fixtures for next season. Move along, nothing to see here.

when are the fixtures out ?
I have the first 6 here;

Arsenal v Man City
Spurs v Man City
Man United v Man City
Chelsea v Man City
Liverpool v Man City
Arsenal, Spurs, Man United, Chelsea and Liverpool v Man City in a specially organised match arranged by the Premier League to 'make sure 'they' don't succeed'.

There is a conspiracy after all!

The first and last games of the season always have a brilliant atmosphere. We should gert at least one of them at home. Obviously if them lot need to be at home for the first game of the season cos they're champions, then we shold automatically be at home for the last game.

Why the fuck should they get both?!

'IT Clowns' would know that it's possible to test a layout without making it 'live'

The winners of the league are always at home first game the following season but what really gets me is how on many an occasion when this has happened they have been at home last game also, that is a fix it means we have had seasons where our first and last games we have been away
How can it be a fix? If they win the league we HAVE to be away, that's not a fix, it's just the way it is.

Check out the bolded bit - it's fairly obvious he's referring to their last game of the season being at home, not their first. It's a bit out of order to begin and end the season with home matches, no matter what team it is.

Anyway, it shouldn't affect us too much this time around as we'll have the title wrapped up with 3 or 4 games to go ;)

Thank you M18CTID thats exactly what i meant Pig, i didnt know that about our first home game Prestwich Blue, not saying your wrong but league winners always at home first game next season so how were we offered the home game first game of the season................... Edit, silly me Chelsea won the league that year Doh me

Sorry, I had actually mis-read that. Either way though, every team plays each other. There is no fixing going on to give United the best start, no conspiracy, no wanting City to fail by giving them Spurs away like last year.... it's just the way it is. Again though no matter which way you cut it, every team has to play each other twice so on that basis it really doesn't matter who plays who at any certain time. It's equal.

They were not Champions each of the last 6 years that they have played home 1st game.
